How does Governor in Name Only (GINO) sound to you? Well, Governor Tim Kaine has been more focused on fundraising for Democrats in Arkansas than focusing on what is happening in Virginia. On Wednesday, Kaine issued a State of Emergency Declaration due to the heavy rain and flooding associated with the remnants of Tropical Storm Ida, then he traveled to Arkansas for a fundraiser. I guess dealing with fundraising is more important than the job Kaine was elected to do.
