Both Too Conservative and Not Larry Sabato have reported that Del. Dave Marsden is running in the 37th District. If this is the case, then he needs to buy or rent a place in the district to qualify for the race (which will make him a carpetbagger).
What shocks me is the narrow win by Marsden in this previous election cycle (2009)? He only won by 209 votes to Kerry Bolognese.
