Tuesday, February 16th, 2010Delegate Bob Marshall recently appeared on Fox News to discuss his legislation, HB 10, which would protect an individual’s right and power to purchase private health care coverage.
HB 10 Moves Forward
Friday, January 29th, 2010Del. Bob Marshall (R-Manassas) recently introduced HB10: The Health Care Freedom Act, and there is good news to report from the House of Delegates. HB10, which will ensure the individual’s right to participate in the health care process and exempt Virginia out of the President Obama’s health care plan (should it become law), was passed out of the Commerce and Labor Committee yesterday with a vote of 8-2 and 1 not voting.
This is good news, and the bill will be heard before the House of Delegates in the next week.
