			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So says, <a href="http://www.recovery.gov/Pages/TextView.aspx?data=stateSummaryAllCD&#038;statecode=VA">Recovery.gov</a>, which is the site controlled by the White House to show where the stimulus money is going.  It appears that they still have not fixed the site, as it shows Virginia having <strong>12 additional Congressional Districts</strong>.</p>
<p>If this is the case, then there should be several open seats for the 2010 elections.  Right now, the question is when will the Obama Administration get this error fixed.  It is quite embarrassing when their pet project fails to accurately pinpoint how much money each of the <strong>11 districts</strong> in the Commonwealth of Virginia will receive.</p>
