Well, Governor Tim Kaine has been more focused on fundraising for Democrats in Arkansas than focusing on what is happening in Virginia. On Wednesday, Kaine issued a State of Emergency Declaration due to the heavy rain and flooding associated with the remnants of Tropical Storm Ida, then he traveled to Arkansas for a fundraiser. I guess dealing with fundraising is more important than the job Kaine was elected to do.
